A highly effective interview with a trained recruiter will be conducted during which, the overall quality of the candidate will be assessed. This assessment will be based on the details of candidate's employment history, personal achievements and goals, skills and talents, and overall interview impression as well as the client's requirements. Every candidate is fully briefed on the details of the company, the position, career progression, support for professional development and all other areas which will ensure a match between what our clients need, want, and can offer, and candidate interests. It is our job to properly select candidates to make sure that once a candidate walks through the client's door for their very first interview, the client can immediately explore areas of specific interest to them rather than start at the very beginning of the selection process.
